Due to the custom nature of products, production and shipping timelines, and other issues, once you have finished and paid for your order, no refunds are given. We want you to feel comfortable buying from us, so we will waive this policy on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about a refund, please email us and we'll do all we can to help you out. Generally speaking, any refund given will be the total amount paid minus the processing fees taken during the transaction.
